New tires in April 2024 and the roof was recently resealed. A new anode rod was also installed in the water heater at the same time. </p><p>When purchased, it was equipped with an RV king-size mattress, however, I have altered it to fit a residential queen and currently has a Tempurpedic mattress, which may be included in the sale. </p><p>I am the original owner and have had no mechanical issues.
