The 38K is the best layout of any RV in the class. It is accomodating and comfortable. It includes two lavs, a washer/dryer, 4 televisions, and a fireplace. <br /><br />This particular RV is well-taken care of. When not in use, it is stored in a air-conditioned garage. We have recently completed chassis maintenance and had everything checked. No concerns and everything is working well.
