<p>This camper is practically NEW! We bought it new and used it during renovations on our home. The tires only have about 20 miles on them and have been covered by wheel covers that are included. It has 2 slide outs that open up to make the living area and bunk room very spacious. We upgraded the shower head for maximum water pressure. There is a LOT of storage space hidden inside and outside- Under both couches, under all of the seating in the dinette, under the Queen bed, and multiple closets throughout. The AC keeps it very COLD in the summer, and the gas heater keeps it very WARM in the winter. The outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator, sink and griddle that has never been used. The awning works perfectly and is in great shape. It has Bluetooth with connectivity to indoor and outdoor speakers. <p>Selling our used travel trailer in great condition. Very functional layout with a full queen bed (not an RV queen) and couch and dinette that both convert into additional beds. Three burner stove, oven, microwave, and near full-size fridge. Power awning with outdoor LED lights and bluetooth stereo speaker with two zones for inside and outside. 25 feet long bumper to bumper. Dry weight is around 4,400 lbs with a hitch height of 380 lbs. Can't list all the features, but that's a few.</p><p><br></p><p>Trailer tires have all been replaced within the last year and all the electrical has been re-done as well (much better than factory grade now).
