<p>The camper is beautiful, excellent condition, non smoking couple owned it. possible price negotiation.We love the camper ,however due to a decline in a health issue we can no longer unfortunately use this to enjoy camping. It has great storage, a TV, stove has 3 burners and an oven, microwave, excellent size refrigerator. The shower accommodates taller individuals. Lots of light through the windows and nice interior in case a rain comes up . We had the Eco coating done to help protect the outside from elements , also additional awning aftermarket was installed over the slide ( moves in/out with slide) to help protect slide from debris getting into the track causing problems with the slide.</p><p>all the hookups water line, electric etc you would have to purchase for a new camper we will let go with this amazing camper so you can enjoy quickly. If you need couple great camp recline type chairs and dishes to help get you started , we will throw those in also so you can just purchase and leave for the campground.</p>

Bearing buddies on all wheel positions. Bearings are greased before every trip. Rear kitchen with 2 slides, free standing dinette, and island sink. Galley has a separate 40gal grey tank. Coach has 50 gal fresh water tank, 40gal grey tank and 40gal black tank. Coach has a whole system water filter as well. Outdoor kitchen/entertainment have second microwave, mini fridge, and plenty of cabinet space. 3 zone speaker system including outdoor speakers and a 5.1 surround system in livingroom. Bluetooth/dvd/CD entertainment center in livingroom as well as 40" LCD TV. Fireplace in LR also has heat for those chilly nights. Unit has central vac and plenty of basement storage as well! This unit would be great for full time living! This sale includes all hoses for sewer and fresh water hook up as well as extension cords, surge protector, wheel covers, and all the other odds and ends that you needed for setting up!
