This van has 2 inches of poly iso in the ceiling, and between 3-6" of Havelock wool in the side walls. To complete the exterior frameless cr Lawrence windows where used with built in shade/screen. In the rear entry of the van there is floor to ceiling built in bug screen and privacy/projector screen. There is also an outdoor shower port with hot/cold diverter. This layout was possible by use of a queen size Murphy bed that is spring counter weighted to make for a easy to open and close bed. Well maintained fifth wheel.<br />MIcrowave was never used and the stove a couple of times.<br />Everything that was bought for Rv is included :bedding,bath towels, dishes,cups,silverware, water hose, electrical cord etc.<br />Will need new covering for wintertime because its the original cover.<br />Only used a couple of times to camp with since it was purchased. Pet owned. <br />Yearly maintenance was done spring of 2023.
