The slide has a 90" lounge and a collapsible table. Adjacent to the slide is an entertainment center, and just past the entertainment center, there is a large pantry which will easily hold your dry goods. To the right of the entry door, there is a large kitchen sink, three burner range, microwave, refrigerator, and corner pantry.</p><p><br></p><p>In the bathroom bath, you will find a 32" corner shower, sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, and linen cabinet. From the bathroom, you can enter the bedroom from the private bathroom entrance.</p><p><br></p><p>The bedroom features a queen bed with storage closets on either side. Storage can be found throughout the room, and the slide out is a wardrobe. Selling our 2015 EverGreen Ever-Lite 318BHS travel camper. Sleeps 9 easily but we have had a lot more in before. Has a queen master, couch that turns into a bed, table bed, then a couch in the back that is the lower bed for one bunk and another on the other side. An outdoor kitchen that includes a sink and small mini fridge. In pretty good condition overall. Couple minor issues inside, outside is in good condition as well as roof. Needs a new CO2 detector, the LED lights on the awning have stopped working. One of the stabilizing jacks push button has stopped working so I have to do it manually with a drill attachment I purchased. Awning needs a good cleaning and has typical awning stains. Happy to annswer any questions.

Very well cared for and spacioues 2015 31 ft (35 ft total) Travel Trailer with brand new tires. This RV has tons of storage and everything is operational ,clean and in great condition. It features a rear bunkhouse for the kids with a privacy pocket door. The roomy bunkhouse includes a Smart TV, 2 bunks, a sofa sleeper, and wardrobe storage. The large rear bedroom slide out makes this a very comfortable "hanging out" space. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with closets, underbed storage, skylight, privacy pocket doors and a tv on a swivel. The decor is very warm and cozy with imitation wood laminate flooring and decorative window treatments. The 12 ft slide out opens up the entire living area doubling its size and space. The bathroom has direct access from the exterior with a shower, vanity, toilet and skylight with exhaust fan. The outdoor area is equipped with electrical outlets, cable connections, outdoor shower, entrance light, exterior kitchen area with refrigerator and sink, a large retractable awning and pass thru storage at the front of the travel trailer. Bicycles can also be placed on a rear hitch. Many memories have been made in this wonderful, fully equipped travel trailer. Unfortunately, our time with this home has passed. However, you too can experience the many years of fun it will provide.

<p>Stepping inside the 320RS Bay Hill fifth wheel by Evergreen, you will notice a slide to your left with a free-standing table and theater seating with recliners. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower, and sink. The bedroom offers much space with a queen bed slide. The front wall has shelves, and a wardrobe which provided much storage.
