There is a new short-queen memory foam mattress. Extensions were made at the head to keep pillows from falling behind bed. The couch is brand new and can serve as a day bed for a nap-very comfortable. <br />We removed the dinette and replaced it with a much lighter drop-leaf table. The kitchen sink is new, icluding the faucet and a new wire basket drawer system replacing the three drawers. There is a new two-burner Dometic stove w/improved burners. Metallic tile backsplash for accent. The fridge is large. The heavy cabinet doors were replaced on fridge, pantry, the bed area and the bathroom as the originals were too heavy. The drop-leaf tables, sink and stove are a nice golden stain and coated with polyurethane. The entire interior has been painted - off white for walls, light gray for the doors/drawers. New floor was installed - gray vinyl plank, and FLOR carpet squares under the table and the working part of the kitchen. <br />The bathroom is very spacious - enough room for two. A large corner shower, and two large storage cabinets/wardrobe. The sink is also new as well as a new stainless steel medicine chest. <br /><br />Four new Jack/stabilizers, new locks on outside storage, new tongue/jack w/cover, new entrance steps, 3 new tires 8/2022, 1 other tire replaced late 2020, improved rear bumper, new water pump, replaced propane regulator w/gauges in early 2022,<br />new larger sewer hose container, new TUFF Top Vinyl awing fabric, SoftstartRV for AC, AC silencer (inside), new vent cover, 2 TROJEN 6v folf cart batteries, Anderson Levelers and another for tire changes, complete Anderson weight-distribution hitch. <br /><br />DAMAGE DISCLOSURE: In 2021 ice storm damage occured on a small portion of the roof-top was hit by a falling branch (did not damage air conditioner or other roof features). The roof was promptly repaired and there have been no issues since.
