No smoke. One of the A/C's is only a year or so old; the refrigerator was replaced about 3 years ago. 3 year old toilet. No issues with the generator as it is serviced annually and we run it monthly (under a load with the A/C') The tires are 3 years old. Roof does not leak. Glides work as they should.</p><p><br></p><p>The bad: It is 23 years old and I suggest you spend a few hours with a screwdriver to tighten things Several drawer latches need to be tightened or replaced. Entry grab bar needs to be replaced (I have one that I will include with sale). We had a leak in the shower (it effected nothing except the shower). The shower needs to be re-connected but that is an easy fix. We used the shower for storage only so we never reattached it.</p><p><br></p><p>The ugly: There is a scratch, about 2" wide, running the entire length of the right side. The 2020 has significant upgrades over the 2019 like upgrading the 17,000 lb front axle to a 20,000 lb front axle, larger tires all around, EZ-Steer, 360 degree camera system, and much more. The 2021 was virtually unchanged with some minor upgrades but midyear models and later are COVID coaches and although Entegra is better than most, they suffered in quality. In 2022 and newer, due to COVID supply chain issues, Entegra went from two 3000 watt inverters to one!. It makes a difference. They also replaced the 12,500 Kw generator with a 10,000 Kw. This along with the Inverter is a huge downgrade. We are selling because my parents have gotten to that age where they need a lot of extra help which makes it impossible for us to do our winter Florida trips and weekly getaways. I'm afraid we are home bound for the foreseeable future. This coach needs to be used, not sit in the garage wasting away. Adult only used, no kids so in excellant shape. I will disclose all the things that have been done to this trailer and want to be completely honest so that the potential buyer is aware and knows any issues.In 2020, I missed greasing a bearing and burned up the bearing, the spindle was warped having me to have the rear axle replaced. Since this was during covid, the shop had trouble finding a 3500 lbs. axle to match the original, so I went ahead and did an <b>upgrade to a 6000 lb. axle</b>. This has no effect on the trailer, it just makes it stronger and a larger payload possible. The only other thing that has happened was over the years the bathroom sink connection had been leaking unknown to me. A soft spot finally developed in front of the bathroom sink (no mold) and after investigation found that the floor, which is made up of foam and plywood had gotten wet. I took it to the shop, and he stated a repair would run me 3500 if I wanted it back to original specs or just to do the epoxy repair method that can be found on the internet. I had the shop put me on his repair list, but he is booked out till February 2024, and went ahead and did the epoxy method in the meantime. The repair turned out great and the repair shop said it is stronger than the original so I may just keep it. I am passing these savings on to the buyer, but once I have it fixed in February the price will increase. The added options at the factory/dealer are a <b>50-amp </b>service that <b>runs both AC units</b> at the same time.This trailer has been stored under cover for all its whole life and you can see it in a picture. The shop also did an inspection of the trailer and said it is in excellent condition and the roof looks new. The tires are <b>Upgraded “E” rated</b> Goodyear Endurance tires that were installed 9/22 and have maybe 1000 miles on them. Since I have never blown a tire, the skirts and underbelly are in perfect shape and are original. The mattress is not original and is clean but is an option to leave out and purchase your own.
