The 2020 has significant upgrades over the 2019 like upgrading the 17,000 lb front axle to a 20,000 lb front axle, larger tires all around, EZ-Steer, 360 degree camera system, and much more. The 2021 was virtually unchanged with some minor upgrades but midyear models and later are COVID coaches and although Entegra is better than most, they suffered in quality. In 2022 and newer, due to COVID supply chain issues, Entegra went from two 3000 watt inverters to one!. It makes a difference. They also replaced the 12,500 Kw generator with a 10,000 Kw. This along with the Inverter is a huge downgrade. We are selling because my parents have gotten to that age where they need a lot of extra help which makes it impossible for us to do our winter Florida trips and weekly getaways. I'm afraid we are home bound for the foreseeable future. This coach needs to be used, not sit in the garage wasting away. I also have developed vision problems which leaves all the driving to the misses. Why buy this Anthem? This is a one owner, well-kept motorhome. The basement has been modified some for storage as can be seen in the pictures. The modifications are wood and can easily be removed by me or you if you decide later to remove them. The storage boxes are included. The interior is still like new and the 44W is one of the most sought-after floor plans with it's booth dinette and large kitchen/living space. This model also has the double electric theater recliners. The current extended JayPlus Platinum Service Contract can also be included at a fraction of its $3,500 current value. For the past five years my husband, sister and I traveled full time in our beautiful Thor Aria 4000 Motorhome. The two bedroom, two bath was a perfect fit. We made adjustments to the Motorhome in order to make it convenient to live in. We updated all the mattresses, added a dishwasher, custom sunscreens, and an oversized leather reclining loveseat. We even put in a crystal chandelier that travels great. We loved living in this vehicle and took good care of her. While hiking, I suffered damaged to my knees and have been down trying to heal. Because of that, we have decided to purchase a brick and mortar home and let someone else fall in love with her as we did. The Motorhome will sell with all supplies needed to begin your journey on your first day. Just bring your personal belongings. The tilt master king, bunk area adjusted for one adult, the overhead cabin bunk, and oversized dining table converting to a queen bed allows sleeping for 7. The fully extended recliner could sleep 2 more if needed. The kitchen with a full refrigerator, double sink, induction cooktop and convection/microwave combination made some wonderful meals including Thanksgiving feasts. The washer and dryer work amazing and kept us out of the laundromats. Having two bathrooms, one with a shower tub and one with a walk-in (tall) shower worked perfect with the tankless water heater. We found this Motorhome had more storage than our brick and mortar home. Spending five years full time came with a few mishaps. Someone forgot to properly lock the refrigerator before traveling and a jar of pickles cracked a tile. We have replacement tiles in the coach basement. Both motors on the large full slide were recently replaced. My husband missed a driveway and did some cosmetic damage to the rear but it was professionally repaired. The corners of the large slide have minor trim damage. Driving the 360HP W/800 lb. ft Torque Diesel motor coach is easy; even I took the wheel several times and I am under 5 foot. The (2) ducted 15,000 BTU A/Cs with heat pumps will keep you comfortable year round, and the Cummins Onan® RV QD 8000 Diesel Generator will run them while you are on the road or in a dry camp.
