We bought a newer Chateau and now we are selling our older Chateau. Usual wear & tear, but nothing damaged or non-operational. 36" TV, 3 burner stove, fridge/freezer, full bath, tires are excellent, runs and drives flawlessly. Some of the pre-loaded info is incorrect: front seats are fabric, not vinyl and do not swivel, it's a Ford chassis, not a Chevy, engine is V8 7.3L, not 6.0, and no leveling system.

Very good condition. Well maintained. Have all service records. Purchased new in 2018 and under factory warranty on coach until end of July 2024. Has the larger Norcool refridgerator and the 15,000 btu ducted ac. Thermostat controlled 30,000 btu furnace. Has a queen walkaround bed in rear with new mattress. New michelin tires on steer axle and new BFG rubber on drive axle. Two new interstate 12 volt batteries. New awning with new spare motor. Converter and water pump replaced year before last. 4000 watt cummins onan generator. Three flat screen TVs 32" in bedroom 42" in living area and 32" outside under awning. It is all set up for towing up to 8000 lbs. and has a backup camera though we never towed with it. Found it easy enough to get around even in gas stations and parking lots and not too much work to r&r hookups in the parks. Truck runs very well averages 9 mpg. Since I retired my wife and I have very much enjoyed traveling to coastal California in the summer from our home in Arizona to visit family and friends.My wifes failing health dictates this sale. Gently used no children or pets. Shows normal 5 year wear and tear but everything works and there is no deferred maintenance or repairs needed.
