We decided to look into buying one instead, just for the trip. We have an uncle in the trailer business, and he helped us find this beauty. We purchased the RV from an older couple who were the original owners. The RV worked wonderfully during our 3 week trip. It felt like our home away from home! It has NEW batteries, NEW tires, everything works!! You will love the floor plan and modern design. Two slides - one in kitchen/family area and one in master bedroom. It is spacious and comfortable. Sleeps 7 adults. Time flies while driving this rig. Our kids LOVED it! This Model earned the nickname of the Mancave, and will go a long way toward checking off all the items on your wishlist. 1500W Solar (5x300w) and a Propane Generator make it suitable for boondocking if you plan to escape the crowds. If you stay closer to civilization with friends, you can plug into the 50A outlet. <br /><br />The kitchen is a delight to cook and hang out in, with the sink in an island Counter. Equipped with a residential upper fridge and freezer below. Tons of storage. <br /><br />If you prefer to cook outside, there is an outside kitchen complete with sink, refrigerator, microwave and propane grill. Easy to use, clean and live in. <br /><br />When the temperature is high, the two ACs will keep you cool, and when it gets low, in addition to the furnace you can heat with the two electric fireplaces with built-in heat.<br /><br />The front master bedroom is furnished with huge (walk-in) lighted closets the full width of the RV. The plumbing is in place for Washer and Dryer if you want to add them. The front bathroom has a fancy fan, and a spacious shower with seat. <br /><br />Three TV's including a huge 58 inch in the rear mancave. There is also a second 1/2 bath in the rear of the unit off of the back room. All TV's are currently setup for streaming with Roku Ultra's but the through the air antenna still works perfectly as well. <br /><br />You can manage your unit with your Lippert OneControl app on your smartphone which will allow you to see the status on batteries, manage leveling and even operate the slides. This makes everything much easier if you find yourself setting up or taking down solo because you can even operate the slides from outside of the unit as you watch from the other side of the switch.<br /><br />The LED lights that were provided new had problems with flickering from time to time, so I changed them out with new improved ones that are warranted for 5 years. Several spares of each as well.<br /><br />New 14-ply tires were put on in 3/22. RV is in excellent condition and ready to go. Less than 1,000 miles on them. No added expense there.<br /><br />Located in Mesa off Main Street. Private seller- no sales tax.
