This is a great toy hauler with the hard to find garage this size - 12.5ft! Cargo space has 9 tie downs for your toys. 2 sofas swing sideways (convert to a queen) to maximize your available clearance height with a queen matress that drops down with electric power. Rear cargo ramp comes with cables to hold up like a patio, a bug screen to separate inside trailer if desired, and a mesh railing to enclose deck. Bathroom is larger than most trailer bathrooms with plenty of clearance for a taller person to shower. Storage in kitchen is above stove and fridge with additional space under dinette. There are a total of 4 USB ports in the kitchen. Master has mattress still in plastic with a memory foam topper. Generator has about 285 hrs on it with a start switch inside master bedroom. It was last serviced June 2023 at around 281 hrs. Carburetor was also replaced. Included with trailer are 2 batteries (6/23), one of which is a large deep cycle, electric tongue jack, and weight distribution bars. There is an electric gas pump nozzle to fill up your gas powered toys. Tank also supplies generator. <p>The Trailer also includes 4 100 amp hour battleborn lithium batteries and a Victron 3000 multi plus inverter. You can run pretty much everything in the trailer except AC without the generator running. It’s very nice to turn on the coffee pot, microwave, hair dryer, etc and not have to turn on the generator. Self leveling jacks. Just hit the auto level button and the trailer is level in about 60 seconds. Upgraded custom mattress that is super comfortable. It’s been a great trailer. </p>
