Coach is in very good condition, very well maintained and updated regulary. You can tell by the mileage it's been used which is better than a coach just sitting. Just had freightliner full service done including all fluids including differential and generator, tires in excellent condition and coach was just washed and waxed so the gelcoat is in perfect condition. Several upgrades including Sonos ARC surround sound including subwoofer on Main TV, Sonos Beam on outside TV, upgraded solar controller, King Cell Booster, has electronic upgrade package with Wifi Ranger but I have used Starlink system, Garmin RV 890 and custom RAM mount with Ipad mount for driver. Custom adjustable RAM mount for laptop or tablet for passenger seat, Trailer brake controller, Upgraded pillow top mattress on King Bed and pillow top mattresses on Bunks in back. Coach has all options from factory including King in-motion satellite, dual macerating toilets, dometic fridge freezer cooler in front passenger outside storage, massive sliding storage trays in under coach storage, AquaHot 400D system that jsut had full annual service, front and rear floor heat, Dirt Devil central vaccum system with hoses cleaning tools, Dual Girard Awnings that cover entire Passenger side of coach. Ok boys and girls, we just got serious for the summer and have lowered the price. Up for your consideration is a like new 2019 Fleetwood Bounder 33C motor coach. Only 13,377 gently used miles. Tons of underneath storage. No damage whatsoever and the only reair that was necessary was the entry step motor and that was replaced under warranty. 3 television sets, 3 burner propane stove/oven. Generator, tow behind car hitch and much more. Large refrigerator with a large freezer as well. Too many extras to list. This is a must see coach and comes with several factory options. This coach WILL NOT disappoint. From the moment you step into this coach you will fall in love with the beautiful custom hard wood floors. You'll enjoy privacy in style with custom black out and sun shades. This coach has been garage kept since purchase, it's been well maintained and has a binder of all routine maintenance records. It's VERY spacious with opposing slides the entire length of the living and dinning area with a third slide in the master bedroom. Original leather full length sofas are in excellent condition, no tears or stains. This coach has a booth style dinnette which I personally love. My husband and I usually travel alone but occasionally we have a grandchild or two join us for a short trip during their Spring Break. The booth dinnette gives us room to sit 4 comfortably for dinner and more importantly for game night. The interior colors are neutral so you can enhance with any color/style of your choice. Rounding off the main coach in the galley you have a gas cooktop and oven, with an overhead microwave convection oven. You have plenty of counter space and let's face it some coaches don't. We travel with two coffee makers (it's a thing) and we always have a large basket of snacks, none of which leave us shy on counter space. Let's talk entertainment, there is a built in satellite dish and antenna, the living room has a entertainment center with a 40" TV and another built in overhead TV. There is also a TV and VCR in the master bedroom as well as two outdoor TV. Before we leave the main cabin I want to highlight a few things in the front of the coach. Both driver and passenger seats are fully electric and recline. The passenger seat is a fully automatic recliner with foot rest which is a deal breaker for me. There is some normal wear on the seat but no tears. The coach comes with a rear back up camera. The mid coach bathroom has a glass shower enclosure and a large linen closet that is partially occupied by a washer/dryer combo unit. The master bedroom has a comfortable deluxe queen mattress. There is a very large storage space under the bed. The full length closet has two sliding mirrored doors and the interior of the closet has custom cedar lining. It helps reduce heat and sound from the engine. You have a full length wardrobe closet as well as a dresser which gives you ample storage and clothes space. The coach has a central vacuume system. Outdoors there is a kitchen sink, counter and connections for a small refrigerator, see pics. <br />The diesel pusher is powered by a freight liner chassis with a 350 HP Cummings engine and a 8.0KW generator with 2,488 hrs. This unit DOES NOT require DEF fluid. <br />Fresh water tanks hold 85 gal, Gray water 50 gal and Waste water tank also holds 50 gal. There are powered patio awnings, automatic leveling jacks and a trailer hitch with 10,000 lb capacity. A copy of the original mufg. specs are shown in pictures. All new tires less than 4K miles ago. This coach WILL NOT disappoint.

All regular maintenance completed on the manufacturer’s schedules with no expenses spared to keep her running perfect. Two extra wide slide outs in galley provide one of the widest living room spaces available. Two slides in rear for King bed and master bath. Double bunk in rear can function as an oversized closet. Appliances include large double door stainless refrigerator, stainless dish washer, microwave/convection oven, double burner induction stove top, dirt devil vacuum system and washer and dryer units in master bedroom. Solar panels on roof allow battery charging and limited electric use while traveling without need to run the generator. Half bath near kitchen and master bath with large walk in tile shower at rear. Both toilets operate with macerator flush. In floor heat in living room makes the space extra cozy on a cold night. Heat pump and Aqua Hot units supply heat in three zones throughout the coach and within the basement. Also three roof top AC units provide ample cooling. Extremely large basement with slide out tray in fore bay provides a huge amount of storage space. Driver space includes Mobileye lane assist and live video monitor of rear, driver and passenger sides of the coach. All house and chassis batteries were replaced this year. Motor oil change and generator service completed at 29,500 miles and 900 hours. Aqua Hot yearly service complete in May. Current vehicle inspection good through June 2025. This is an extremely clean and well maintained coach ready for a new owner to enjoy.</p>
