Low mileage, very clean. 2nd owner. Purchased to use part time while we built our house.<br><br>Drives well, no issues. King adjustable bed. Nice shower. Full size fridge. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Lots of storage. <br><br>All systems work.

I am the third owner. I’ve owned it less than a year. The reason for the sale is because it’s too much to handle for my wife. The vehicle has always been garage kept prior. I store it in a facility that’s covered by three sides with minimal sun exposure to the one side. One side has fully automated sun shade with auto retraction when there’s heavy wind or rain.  I just replaced the tires in July this year. I had over 10k general maintenance done this year including upgrading the air dryer system to current equipment. Water heater updated to electric or gas. Generator inspected.  All belts replaced, water pump, filters etc.  I have all documentation and maintenance reports. The refrigerator and washer/dryer was replaced (brand new) this year. The only issue I can find on the entire rig is a couple tiles have come loose where the master bedroom meets the bath room. Never smoked in.  This may have years on it but I don’t believe you’ll find one as clean nor kept up with low miles.

This motorhome has a rebuilt salvage title due to being in a freshwater flood. This coach was part of a dealership buyout (Dixie RV) from a flood in Louisiana. This Coach never had any water inside at all. Everything on the coach works, runs and drives perfect. Coach has no smell of wet, mold or smoke.
