JD Power suggested list price is 14,000, but it has some gentle wear and tear, so asking $8,499 OBO. Includes a heater, hot water heater, potty, indoor two-burner stove, sink, mini fridge, two king size slide outs and queen size bed when the dinette in converted. The seating area is large, and the huge windows are amazing. There is a curtain you can put up around the toilet. The attachable outside grill connects to the camper propane. There is an exterior faucet to attach a provided hose for cleaning with a decent pressure. If you can tow 3,500 pounds can be yours. The trailer has brakes that connect to the towing vehicle in addition to the emergency bakes. It does not have A/C but has two movible ceiling fans near the sleeping area. Selling our 2015 EverGreen Ever-Lite 318BHS travel camper. Sleeps 9 easily but we have had a lot more in before. Has a queen master, couch that turns into a bed, table bed, then a couch in the back that is the lower bed for one bunk and another on the other side. An outdoor kitchen that includes a sink and small mini fridge. In pretty good condition overall. Couple minor issues inside, outside is in good condition as well as roof. Needs a new CO2 detector, the LED lights on the awning have stopped working. One of the stabilizing jacks push button has stopped working so I have to do it manually with a drill attachment I purchased. Awning needs a good cleaning and has typical awning stains.
