<p>We have decided to sell are 25’ Safari Airstream due to buying a motor home. Beautiful airstream, well taking care of, new tires and new batteries. We are the second owners and have had it since 2015 . Polished and sealed every year. All roof caulking checked every year and replaced when needed. AC has heat pump good to about 40 degrees. Camper has rear view camera. This trailer tows fantastic, you forget it’s there. The only thing not working is the heat. Everything else works fine.If you want a camper that’s going to have very few issues than this is for you. You pay more upfront but save money in the long run. Also has great resale value. Restored and modernized travel trailer, great for cramp-ground camping. Our trailer was redesigned for more storage and a large bed. The cabinets are custom aluminum with tons of storage space. The pictures show a dining area set up. We have placed a queen size matress with an additonal cushion, making it close to a kingsize bed. It can easily be converted back to a dining area. The unit has an electrical stove and a microwave for easy inside cooking. Our trailer is NOT set up for boondocking. There is no gray water tank, we have a black water tank for waste. When using the sink or shower there is an approx. 10 gallon fresh water tank that we fill on an as needed basis with a hose attachment. <p>Excellent model by Monaco. This Camelot is a great floorplan with queen bed in back, new couch with dual recliners, a separate slide out desktop for remote work, and is in great shape.</p><p></p><p>The good: new airbags, new front brakes, new front air conditioner, new hydraulic jack fluid reservoir, all 4 slide outs re-leveled and 3 new slide motors, 4 house batteries replaced in 2023, all 6 tires replaced in November 2022. We just took it on a 2,000 mile road trip and it handled it amazing. We tow a Jeep Gladiator behind it and we don't even notice a thing with the 400hp engine. So many other minor repairs. Engine and generator recently serviced. Fuel, water, and you're on the road.</p><p></p><p>The not so good: Some clear coat peeling and some wear inside on a patch of carpet and one part of the kitchen counter is cracked. Bathroom vent and fan is not connected to the wall control, Aladin system was disconnected when we purchased and did not reconnect. When we purchased the rig, the front AC was replaced with a non-ducted 13,500 AC, we have used it as is. The propane heater is not synced so we always used space heaters when hooked up. </p><p></p><p>We put over $22,000 into this rig over the last 18 months to get it to this point and we hate to see it go, but we need to downsize. We had planned to replace the Norcold with a Samsung residential model, but our health struggles got in the way.In fact, our health is the only reason we’re letting her go now. The asking price is negotiable, because of the fridge.<br>Other than the fridge, the coach is in excellent condition, inside and out. If you’ve done some homework about the 2000-2005 era in motorhomes, you know they made these Monaco coaches so much better than today’s coaches are made. You simply don’t find them built like this anymore. We are only the 2nd owners, and it has been meticulously maintained and stored inside whenever it was not traveling. It is as clean as you can find, with low mileage for its age.
