Sleeps 6 (although it never has), new $1200 Brooklyn king size bed (extremely rare in RVs). Fireplace, large slide out, outside TV mount, 19' awning. New batteries and tires last year, (original batteries also included as back up). This is a pavement princess, barely used, no kids or groups, just my wife and I. Very roomy and comfortable. The fireplace will heat the entire coach if you're plugged in and you don't want to run the furnace.</p><p>Trailer is extremely clean, and my wife made custom seat covers and couch cover as soon as we purchased it. The originals have never been sat on. <p>Selling our used travel trailer in great condition. Very functional layout with a full queen bed (not an RV queen) and couch and dinette that both convert into additional beds. Three burner stove, oven, microwave, and near full-size fridge. Power awning with outdoor LED lights and bluetooth stereo speaker with two zones for inside and outside. 25 feet long bumper to bumper. Dry weight is around 4,400 lbs with a hitch height of 380 lbs. Can't list all the features, but that's a few.</p><p><br></p><p>Trailer tires have all been replaced within the last year and all the electrical has been re-done as well (much better than factory grade now).
