Used 2017 Keystone F RV
COUGAR X-LITE 25RES 25RES
Lets make these adventures yours. This 5th wheel has served us well, and now a different chapter in our lives means letting go of an old friend. It's always been covered and stored in our driveway when not in use. And we live in the LA area so no extreme tempratures that would adversely affect the unit. You will find a dealers video discription of this exact unit, (almost) and they explain way more detail about it that I ever could, also a dealers spec. sheet is provided.
In the pictures you will see some of what the 5th wheel comes with: Exterior: extra 25' - 30 amp extension cord, 16'x8' outdoor reversible camping mat, fresh/gray/black water hoses, gas and water fittings, custom fishing pole holder, horseshoes, tarp, table covers, canopy lights, folding trash cans, extension cords, plenty of extra tent stakes and hammer, cool spare cover, leveling blocks, wheel locks, electrical adapters, surge protector, chairs, full walk on roof, a ton of extra things that you don't know you need until you need them (i.e. duct tape and zip ties). I've installed a 2" reciever on the back to tow or mount a rack/box. Also installed are a couple locking doors for the waste valves to make it easier to dump. The outside kitchen with refrigerator means you won't miss a beat of things happening while cooking. Interior: All kitchen pots, pans, utensils, alcohol/wine rack, new denser foam in the dinette cushions for sleeping, fully stocked bathroom with towels. And other items not listed.
Most issues that have arisen have been repaired by a qualified dealer and minor repairs I attended to. Absolutely no leaks anywhere, not a dent or ding on the body and everything works as it should. In 2019 I tore a small hole in the rubber roof, (no frame damage) so the entire cover was replaced (dealer). In 2022 had flat tires on both sides, both wheel wells were repaired back to factory specs. (dealer) and new tires all the way around were installed.
Our travels include Texas and Tennesse, Great Smoky Mountians, Canyon De Chelly National Monument, New Orleans, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, up the coast on Hwy 1 to Washington from So Cal., boondocking and many local trips with family and friends. As I write this I realize just how much we have done, traveled and experienced since owning it. One can only hope the new owner will also rackup as many memories as we have.
Note: No pictures of the front and left sides, no hidden issues. Has 2 gray water tanks 30 gals. each. Rear electric stablizers.
