<p>2017 Heartland Trail Runner 32 ODK with bunkhouse. This has been used at a seasonal site and we have many great memories but the kids are grown and we were no longer using as much so it is time to sell and move on to the next adventure. We are the original owners and is both smoke and pet free.</p><p><br></p><p>This trailer sleeps 9 with 3 in the bunkroom, 2 in the main bedroom which features a Queen size dual chamber Sleep Number mattress, 2 on the jack-knife sofa and then two more as the kitchen table drops down to make another bed. The bunkroom is spacious enough that you can also put an air mattress down on the floor. The bottom bunk has a ton of added storage underneath it and there is storage and a TV in the entertainment system in the bunkroom. </p><p>There is an outside kitchen with more storage, a mini-fridge, sink and then a mount for an additional tv. The original 6 gallon hot water heater has been replaced with an OnDemand hot water heater so you never have to worry about running out of hot water. The kitchen itself contains a fridge, stove/oven combo, microwave, sink and a good amount of storage.</p><p>The living area has a jack-knife sofa with storage underneath and there is an entertainment center where the included smart TV swivels between the bedroom and the living room.</p><p>Outside you will find nice features such as a power awning with LED lighting, power tongue jack, power stabilizer, black tank flush, ladder, outside shower and enclosed underbelly. One of my favorite features is that the rear bumper pulls out and has a tray and bike mount so that you can carry additional gear or bikes on the back of the trailer. This trailer has a ton of storage.</p>

Very comfortable camper! Towable with F-150 or Chev 1500 with V8. Super cold A/C and toasty furnace with new fan. Top bunk has been removed and a closet rod added, making the remaining bunk more comfortable for teens or adults. Some other interior upgrades: low profile LED light, bathroom faucet, privacy curtains, new thermostat. Fridge runs on electric or propane. Outdoor kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, 2-burner stove top) is very handy. The TV mount turns to face either the main cabin or the main bed, with a gorgeous mountain lake landscape on the other side. 2017 Heartland Bighorn 3750FL, <p>This Bighorn fifth wheel by Heartland RV features a front living area, a rear bedroom with king bed, and FIVE slides for added interior space!As you enter notice the front living room at the top of the steps to your right when you enter. You can step up and find dual opposing slides with sofas facing one another. The perfect gathering spot for conversation or a movie with the front entertainment center including a 55" LCD TV. The ladder for the upper twin loft area is in the living room next to the slide out. Letting it go at pretty low price. Our 2017 Cyclone model 3611JS Travel Trailer/ Toy Hauler has everything you could want in a fifth-wheel/Toy-hauler. Our Trailer has always been stored under a carport and has more hours indoors than outdoors. We are moving into our Class-A retirement years and are ready to move over and leave the motorcycle home. I already have committed to a Class A so I need to move this one out of the way sooner than later.<br /><br />It comes with 1 & 1/2 baths, sleeps plenty, we only had us two normally but have traveled with the extended family and comfortably slept 6 and could more if needed. Has 3 slides including a super slide in the living room (slide in a slide) which really opens up the interior space. PICS ADDED! Motivated to sell ASAP!<br /><br />Well, I'm going through a divorce and need to sell this to settle the assets. Bought it ~6 months ago with the intent to renovate it and live full time. We repainted all the main cabinets and accented some walls in a pearlescent green with gold accents and custom painted tree accents. <br /><br />Because we didn't finish, there are some minor issues. The most obvious is we tore up the carpet on the step up from the main room to the bedroom to do a test of different materials. It was my ex who was working on that, so me fixing it before resell may just end up making it worse, but if that's a dealbreaker for you, we can maybe work something out. The other most obvious issue is the heating system needs minor repairs. We had a tech look at it, when fixing something else, and expected the repair to be about $250-400, as it's just a replacement part. I just never got around to it because of all the other stuff we were doing and it was summer so it didn't bother us.<br /><br />This RV is not in pristine condition. If that's what you're looking for, you're better off with another listing. BUT, what is wrong with it is all stuff you're probably going to run into within 6 months of your $60k 427rw anyway. Like the faux leather shedding on the Happijac seats is guaranteed from just sitting on it. It's absolutely livable and driveable, as we drove it from Florida to Texas, up to South Dakota, and back here to Washington.<br /><br />1. We originally paid $52,500 for this in March/April of 2023.<br />2. We added 6 brand new tires for about $2,000.<br />3. There's a Restoration Hardware Cloud Sofa worth $4,000. It has performance fabric in white, so it's easy to wash and very, very comfortable.<br />4. We added a Washer/Dryer combo worth $1,500<br />5. We added a short throw projector, ceiling mount, and screen worth $1,600. You can get well over 100" of screen and we played a ton of video games on this while traveling. We HATE the diagonal position of the TV as it does lasting damage to your neck over time, so this is straight on and allows you to have a theatrical experience in the RV.<br />6. New 55" OLED smart tv, $700<br />7. New fridge, $1,200.<br /><br />That's a ~35% discount from our cost<br /><br />If you're looking for a minor fixer upper with a really awesome main living room paint job, I believe this is your rig. I've priced this thing to sell ASAP. You have to pick it up, as I've already sold the truck we towed it with. It's very accessible. I really want this sold before winter, so please reach out!
