Original owner, used but loved trailer, big enough for a large family, huge bunkhouse never felt crowded even on those rainy days when we watched TV and played board games, kept in the ample storage sections. There is general wear and tear due to use but also many upgrades and yearly maintenance done. Roof resealed 2 years ago, all tires and brakes replaced last year, electric hitch installed, a/c replaced and upgraded, replaced outside fridge, installed airflow max ceiling cover for all year ventilation. All mattresse including the bunk house ones upgraded last year. Lots of other little things to make it comfy. Truly a wonderful trailer but it is time for us to downsize. 2016 Keystone Bullet Ultra lite 269rls. I purchased this unit new at Camping World in Colfax, NC. It was purchased to be used for my job. I used it approx 4 times. It has never had pets in it or smoking of any kind. You will notice in the photos that the front skin looks wrinkled. There was a situation aknowledged by the maunfacturer with these skins delaminating and looking warped. it doesnt affect the use at all. Inside you will find a queen size bed in the back with a new Memory foam mattress. The couch makes into a bed as does the dining table so it sleeps 6. There are 2 chairs that swivel a couch and bench style table. It has a microwave, oven/Stove top, AC unit, gas heating, gas water heater, Flat screen TV, stereo with outside speakers, outside shower head and fridge. This unit has the polar package so it has a heater vent in the bottom of the unit to help prevent pipes from freezing and also help keep heat in the camper over the winter months. It comes with 2 propane tanks and has a gas fitting mounted outside for a gas grill. The head to the water pump came off and was leaking in the under penning. I had a warranty claim and they sent someone out to repair the pump. In order to access the problem they cut the bottom plastic panel to get to the water lines. It has been taped back shut but thought I should mention that, It doesnt affect anything, I just want to be up front. The black tank has pressure nozzles in it to help clean out the tank better when dumping. All in all its still a new camper, it even still smells new. There are no rips, tears or stains anywhere inside. I am retiring and no longer need a camper. The awning runs in and out as new but it has stains when opened from sitting Im guessing. probably some bleach spray would correct that. The tires are still like new however they are original so it might be best to replace them if you are going to be pulling any kind of distance. It is a 30amp camper and it pulls like nothing is behind you. I pull it with a 1500 Dodge Ram Just fine even in the mountains. It definitely is ultra lite like the name suggests. I'm sure that I am forgetting something so if you have any questions feel free to reach out. Im not in any kind of hurry to sell it but I would like to have the space back in my driveway.

This Keystone Cougar 5th wheel is in excellent shape/hardly used. I have put over $20K into this after I bought it. I put 10,000 into a brand-new solar system with three lithium batteries and two solar panels on the roof. Brand new roof with all new ceiling fans and skylight in the shower. Big enough to bring everything that you need but small enough that you can tow it with a half-ton.

<p><b style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Excellent Condition 2016 Montana 3910fb Legacy Edition Fifth Wheel.</b></p><p>Step inside this beautifully, well maintained camper.  The four-season package makes this camper ideal for full-time living. Open floor plan with high ceilings. The dual Whisper Quiet A/C units can maintain a very cool/comfortable temperature with little to no effort. Will come with some extras as we are not getting a differnt unit. Extra hoses, whole house water filter system, camp WiFi extender. This has the large garage with 60 gallon total tank capacity, 30 for generator and 30 for toys with a pump. Generator has about 300 hours and runs great looks like new. Awnings work and fabric is in good shape. Fridge is dual fuel 18 cubic foot Norcold. Has the "L" sectional layout for the living room and two recliners. Tiers are newer and have TPMS via Lippert One Control. Batteries are fair, should last a season or two at least, they fired the generator right up after sitting for about 5 months.</p><p><br></p><p>open to trade for similar value non toy hauler 5er. Possibly combo tow unit and trailer or regular travel trailer equal value.</p><p><br></p><p>Also try FB marketplace for Tuscaloosa, sometimes emails from RV Trader don’t make it through.</p>
