Original owner, used but loved trailer, big enough for a large family, huge bunkhouse never felt crowded even on those rainy days when we watched TV and played board games, kept in the ample storage sections. There is general wear and tear due to use but also many upgrades and yearly maintenance done. Roof resealed 2 years ago, all tires and brakes replaced last year, electric hitch installed, a/c replaced and upgraded, replaced outside fridge, installed airflow max ceiling cover for all year ventilation. All mattresse including the bunk house ones upgraded last year. Lots of other little things to make it comfy. Truly a wonderful trailer but it is time for us to downsize. 2016 Keystone Bullet Ultra lite 269rls. I purchased this unit new at Camping World in Colfax, NC. It was purchased to be used for my job. I used it approx 4 times. It has never had pets in it or smoking of any kind. You will notice in the photos that the front skin looks wrinkled. There was a situation aknowledged by the maunfacturer with these skins delaminating and looking warped. it doesnt affect the use at all. Inside you will find a queen size bed in the back with a new Memory foam mattress. The couch makes into a bed as does the dining table so it sleeps 6. There are 2 chairs that swivel a couch and bench style table. It has a microwave, oven/Stove top, AC unit, gas heating, gas water heater, Flat screen TV, stereo with outside speakers, outside shower head and fridge. This unit has the polar package so it has a heater vent in the bottom of the unit to help prevent pipes from freezing and also help keep heat in the camper over the winter months. It comes with 2 propane tanks and has a gas fitting mounted outside for a gas grill. The head to the water pump came off and was leaking in the under penning. I had a warranty claim and they sent someone out to repair the pump. In order to access the problem they cut the bottom plastic panel to get to the water lines. It has been taped back shut but thought I should mention that, It doesnt affect anything, I just want to be up front. The black tank has pressure nozzles in it to help clean out the tank better when dumping. All in all its still a new camper, it even still smells new. There are no rips, tears or stains anywhere inside. I am retiring and no longer need a camper. The awning runs in and out as new but it has stains when opened from sitting Im guessing. probably some bleach spray would correct that. The tires are still like new however they are original so it might be best to replace them if you are going to be pulling any kind of distance. It is a 30amp camper and it pulls like nothing is behind you. I pull it with a 1500 Dodge Ram Just fine even in the mountains. It definitely is ultra lite like the name suggests. I'm sure that I am forgetting something so if you have any questions feel free to reach out. Im not in any kind of hurry to sell it but I would like to have the space back in my driveway.

We always parked the RV slightly tilted to the rear so rainwater would run off the back. As water rolled down the rear of the slide, the water wicked up through slightly damaged moisture barrier. (see image below). Called around for some estimates and it would be around $1000 to $1500 to hire someone to fix it.<br /><br />· Roof has a patch from a small tree branch puncture approx 1' in diamter. Never leaked, but the patch could use replacement.<br /><br />· Bathroom skylight has a crack in it that has been sealed up with roofing tape as a temporary fix.<br /><br />· The floor around the toilet was soft and patched up due to leaking toilet seal which has been replaced.<br /><br />· Chair and sofa has the faux leather that is peeling.<br /><br />· It needs a good waxing. The side opposite of door looks the worst because that's the side that got the most sun. It's been waxed a couple times and it looks great afterwards, but the shine doesn't last long.<br /><br />Overall, this would make a great RV for anyone whether you tackle these issues yourself or hire a professional. We love the layout of this RV and the only reason that we are selling it is because we bought a new one. <b>NOTICE:</b> Will be available to show starting October 26th as my wife and I are truck drivers and are on the road until then.<br /><br />RV is still financed through a credit union. If you're financing, both banks can handle the transfer. Otherwise, we can do a notorized BOS and mail signed title once it's recevied from bank.
