Open and very spacious, this 2013 Columbus by Palomino has five slides, a bath and a half, and sleeping accommodations for up to seven individuals. This unique floor plan offers private sleeping accommodations in the coach's front and rear. Up front, you have the KING Master bed with the adjacent full bath, laundry hook-up, and in the rear, you have the bunkhouse which features a single bunk above a jack knife sofa on one side and two bunks on the other side with the connected half bath. The master bath is enormous and features a full 60" walk-in shower, and the half bath in the rear has its own exterior access door providing convenient access when dining or entertaining outdoors. The kitchen and dining area are very spacious and offer an island with seating accommodations and a freestanding dining table and chairs. The kitchen offers a full assortment of stainless steel appliances, including a double kitchen sink, 3-burner stove, oven, and microwave, but the highlight is the full-size residential refrigerator. The living area is roomy and comfortable and offers an entertainment center with a 40" LED TV and a fireplace to enjoy on those cool fall evenings. Outside you are treated to a full 16' patio awning with exterior speakers and an outdoor kitchen with a microwave, mini fridge.

The couch lays down as a bed and sleeps two children. (not comfortable for an adult to sleep). This camper is clean, no leaks. There is a small tear in awning that we taped up. (still works, no issues) This trailer has independent suspension, battery is good, heat and AC work, stove and fridge works, shower works. Two Propane tanks up front. This camper is easily toable with any decent sized vehicle. We towed with a 2010 Ford F150 4.6-a smaller ford motor. 3900 pounds<br /><br />This camper has not been lived in. We use it on average 8-10 times a year, mostly locally. <br />This Travel Trailer can be seen any time. We can have everything on for you. We can test water, Air Conditioner, windows, doors etc. what ever you want to check. <br /><br />The only reason we are selling is because we bought an A-Class RV.

Foot pedal flush porcelain toilet. It is equipped with ceiling lights throughout, and reading lights over seating areas, and in Master Bedroom. <br />One power adjustable awning, three slide outs, and an outdoor shower. There are two A/C units for your comfort. Also has 40,000 BTU high output furnace. Cable connections. Equipped with carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm, propane gas leak detector, and fire extinguisher. Replaced tires Summer 2023. One of my favorite features is the auto leveling system, pull it into your site, push a button and it levels automatically.

Very well taken care of 2013 Palomino 320RS. New roof by dealer in 2022 and upgraded 12 Dometic fridge. New 15k btu front ac unit and new memory foam king bed in 2022. All in one washer/dryer combo new in 2022 as well. <br /><br />Dont need RV anymore. Looking to sell. Still financing the unit.
