https://www.rvtechlibrary.com/tiffinspecs/pdf/2009allegroBusSpecs.pdf <br><br>This is one beautiful motorhome.  The link above gives the specs on this motorhome if you need more technical information.  This coach has been so well taken care of.  The Exterior is painted in Tiffin’s beautiful NASA paint scheme, and the interior is as fresh as the day that it was put together.  There is new carpet throughout on the slides and in the bedroom.  It is a beautiful light dove grey color.  The solid surface countertops show no wear and look as close to granite as you can get.  This is a two owner coach with the current owner taking possession February of 2015 at 23k miles.  Over the course of their ownership they have taken it to 97125 miles with 2411 generator hours on the coach.  If anything happened with the motorhome, it was corrected.  Annual maintenance for the engine, chassis, and Aqua Hot was performed mostly in Red Bay, AL.  The owners lived, worked, and traveled with Habitat for Humanity for many years and they have lived the life of service.  It is now time to go back home and rest a spell. <br><br>As far as the big things go….here is a short list of important things that have been done to the motorhome:  11/18-remodeled the ds front slide, replaced booth & loveseat, 1/22-new inverter and new house batteries, 2023-new tires, replaced HWH Jacks, new chassis batteries, new carpet, 2024-replaced slide seals & toppers and the last engine, generator, air dryer, and lube on chassis was 4/24 along with the Aquahot being serviced 4/24.<br><br>This is a motorhome that was built during the “Glory Days”.  It is beautiful and it almost brought a tear to my eye to walk into this motorhome and just take in how very gorgeous it really is.  <br><br>If you are interested in a high quality coach that has stood the test of time then this is your coach.  It is also a pre DEF coach, so for those of you who are looking for a great motorhome in fantastic shaped with plenty of power that will carry you for miles of fun for many more years then look no further. Up for sale is a 2009 Tiffin Phaeton 36QSH with 83k on the miles. This coach is powered by a Cummins 360Hp turbo diesel which is paired with an Allison six speed world transmission. All this power sits on a freightliner air ride chassis which provides a flawless ride and drive. The tires are all matching Yokohama 295/80/22.5 which were installed in late 2020. The exterior has full body paint with painted graphics. The coach does have some minor bumps and bruises on exterior and has some minor checking in the black paint in a few areas. The generator is a Onan 8000 and only has 363 hours. The interior has some minor wear and tear but overall is nice. Has never seen pets or smoke and all systems are operational. I just installed all new house and chassis batteries as well. Coach has all books and some service records.
