We are looking to sell our family motor home. We only owned this rig for 3 years and really enjoyed it! We have relocated out of state and wont be taking it with us. 35' length made it perfect ofr our family of 4 and two dogs on long camping trips. Spent many weeks at Shaver lake, Mammoth, and beach camping. Drives very smooth, never broken down or had any major issues on us. 5000 generator on board makes remote camping easy as well! Automatic awning and leveling jacks. It is currently not registered and non operational to the CA DMV since we have moved and it is not in use. If purchased, we will work with the buyer to get the rig smogged and registered. Below are the only issues with the motor home that we are aware of.<br /><br /> - Storage bins locks are all old and loose. I purchased all new locks with a new key, just have not installed. <br /> - Windshield has a few spots where rocks hit it. No major splintering, but could forsee it being an issue in the future if not addressed. It has been that way since we purchased. <br /> - exterior clear coat paint is in bad shape. No dents or anything major, but peeling of the clear coat.<br /> - I recently replaced the solenoid that controls the slides. <br /> - Head lights could use restoration. I also purchase the kit to take care of this, just never got around to it but it comes with the rig.

This is a 2007 Georgetown 35 foot motor home with gentle use by elderly couple. This motorhome has been well taken care of. Everything in this motor home works well. 2nd owner bought this RV with approximately 6,500 miles on it. He took such good care of it. Drove mostly highway miles so 75% brake lining on all disc brakes on the wheels. No drum brakes. He treated the roof every year with a protective coating to prevent sun damage. He did all maintenance work himself as he was his own mechanic and had his own lift. He put some inverters and other electronics in to make this a nicer place to live. He even put a bidet on the toilet! Plenty of rubber in the tires as it was not driven much since buying them 2 years ago. I had this inspected as I was buying it for a friend of mine and he had to unexpectedly back out, so now I'm selling it. This is a well-maintained RV that can make a home for a boondock er or occasional camping adventures. Previous owner will answer any questions you may have about his added on electronics and the maintenance he did. He's letting me store it at his house. Only thing that does not work is the front levelers. Back ones work on manual. Level discs are included, to level it in the front if needed. Most RV spaces and even in dispersed camping are very level, but this is doable if you need one tire lifted a little to make sure it's level enough for the fridge.
