Free standing table with four chairs Linoleum Kitchen/Bath & Entry Fully enclosed underbelly. Rubber roof. Electric jacks. Generator prep. Long ext pin box.

Very comfortable to live in full time, but is ready to tow anywhere. Built to last with aluminum stud construction. King size bed, added additional roof AC, new carpet and vinyl, water heater replaced, well maintained. New tires, re-packed wheel bearings, good brakes. Perfect to live in full time. Reefer works great. Tows easily with sway bars and brakes but needs a big truck because it's heavy. Furnace works but needs some work.<br />Entire roof replaced 5 years ago, some delamination of the outside fiberglass but the roof does not leak. Make me a serious offer.
