2003 K-Z Frontier RVs for sale

We're the second owners - we bought it from the original owner who bought it in 2003 and then didn't use it for years due to family issues. This trailer was stored in AZ by previous owner for 15 years, so the inside is almost preserved in 2003 and the outside shows some wear/sun damage. My wife and I used it every week last summer and loved it, but our lifestyle situation has changed and we’re unable to use it this summer, which is why we’re choosing to sell it at this time. <br /><br />Bathroom/toilet/shower all work, all kitchen appliances (stove and microwave) and sinks work, all lights work, AC and heat work. Heat and AC and fridge all run on LP gas (propane) so you can get by without being hooked up. A 3500 watt generator is INCLUDED with this trailer and will power everything you need. <br /><br />This trailer is set up for boondocking (we never once hooked up all summer), but hookups will make for an even more luxurious camping experience. All cords/cables/hookups for water and electricity are included.<br /><br />Grey and Black Water tanks work perfectly and are easy to manage. <br /><br />One electronic slide - works perfectly - makes for extra space in the living room when parked and better travel when towing. <br /><br />This trailer has a Queen Bedroom with divider from the rest of the trailer and sleeps 4 more in the living room on a couch and dinette that both turn into full sized beds when desired. Could sleep 3 couples or a family with 2-4 young kids easily. <br /><br />TONS of storage space both inside and out, cabinets and closets everywhere. <br /><br />Clean title. <br /><br />New tires as of May 2021, hubs/bearings were rebuilt in April 2021. Available Oct. 20, 2023 - This has been a great vehicle and first RV for me, but I have bought a home in the Pacific Northwest and will spend the summers there. The vehicle is in great shape and in addition to regular maintenance and service, I had the full exterior painted in 2021. Awnings, tires, jacks all in great shape. I have driven it twice a year between Las Vegas and Seattle area since I purchased in 2015.<br /><br />I will also be selling my tow car with the RV if possible, as it is all set up to go! 2013 Honda CRV, perfect for flat towing. 2003 Winnebago Itasca Sunrise 34D, Class A Gas Motorhome with two slides and only 49K miles. You can’t beat a deal like this low mileage classic! They sure don’t make them like they used to, and this unit has the Winnebago quality that stands the test of time. We camp at least 8times each summer /fall all over 2018 put new marker lites and headlights 2019 new antenna, air conditioning covers, animonoter,expansion tank,starter,dryer recovery for AC,135 expansion valve,driver lights,new dash, new toilet,batteries and cables,new battery tray,changes oil and filter,battery temp cable,caulked around windshield,fender trim, fuel and air filters,waste gate valve removed turbo charger and leak tested cooler,exhaust manifold,had diagnostics checked,caulked roof joints,2019 new step light, new motor and control for outside steps,2020 front Jack leak repaired,replaced thermostat for fridge,central vacuuming installed,2021 replaced water pump for house system,new circuit board in refrigerator,2022 2 new chassis batteries, every year did yearly maintenance. Also included is a Roadmaster Eagle 8000 Car hitch. As of 5/24 just installed 4 new suspension airbags, 4 new shocks all the way around, new ride height valve.</p>
