Restored and modernized travel trailer, great for cramp-ground camping. Our trailer was redesigned for more storage and a large bed. The cabinets are custom aluminum with tons of storage space. The pictures show a dining area set up. We have placed a queen size matress with an additonal cushion, making it close to a kingsize bed. It can easily be converted back to a dining area. The unit has an electrical stove and a microwave for easy inside cooking. Our trailer is NOT set up for boondocking. There is no gray water tank, we have a black water tank for waste. When using the sink or shower there is an approx. 10 gallon fresh water tank that we fill on an as needed basis with a hose attachment. The hot water heater is on demand.Appraisal available for when we purchased this coach in 2020 (see image). <br />Our life has moved to dirt bikes and kart racing, this pretty girl just can’t take all the boy dirt. Also, this unit is great for a family with 1-2 small kids or teens that you prefer sleep in a tent and not with you! Of course, a couple would be well suited. Hi, we have decided to sell our beloved Airstream Land Yacht after years of searching for the right one! If you are looking at this one then I do not need to tell you have special and rare they are! It's been garage kept its whole life and it shows. Fresh service earlier this year, including new tires, batteries, new upper and lower exterior trim, converted all exterior lights to '23 spec LEDs. Upgraded (larger) Smart TV & Apple TV and Bose sound bar. It does come with all the factory bedding and extra cushions. Since we have aged, it is more than we need and we have downsized.<br />Leather driver and passenger seats are electric and swivel. Electric step and awning. Awning with weather sensor repaced in 2018. Cummins generator with 299 hours on it. There are 2 AC/Heater units. It has a 3 burner gas stovetop and microwave/convection oven. The refrigerator and freezer are separate doors and both work well on either gas or electric. The dining table has an extension to allow 4 at the table. The shower is a decent size and is separated from the commode and sink. It has 2 TV's and a door to separate the bedroom and living space. Blinds have been replaced on all windows which can allow in light or remain dark. There is a good size cedar lined closet and storage space for each person. Lots of cabinets with real wood construction. They do not open during travel. Seat belts on the sofa. Lots of lighting and ventilation with built in electric ceiling vents. Carpet and vinyl flooring. Carpet has some stains but no rips or tears. Stable crack in the windshield, passes inspection and does not interfer with driver view. A few scratches and dents in the rear as noted in pictures. Transmission repaced in May of 2022 and remains under warranty. Chassis batteries replaced and leveling jacks in the back can be tempermental. Lots of outside storage, no leaks and all with lights. Gas mileage between 8 and 10 MPG. Original service manuals with RV. More pictures available upon request.</b></li> </ul>
